Welcome Pack: Notice to All Our Visitors
Check in and Access
The office will be open during normal office hours from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18.00 hrs on weekdays. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays we open from 09:00 to 13:00 hrs.
In the interest of maintaining the security in our marina, all visiting boats, on arrival, must register with the administration office and present all the boats papers, passports and a list of names and passport numbers of the crew who will be living aboard the boat while in the marina. Passes will be issued, and their names will be passed on to our security staff.
Access to the marina will be granted to clients with a pass, but all other persons must register with the Marina Offices in order to gain access.
Getting Settled In
Electrical plugs or adaptors and the bathroom keys will be handed over to you on receipt of a deposit. Please ask for help from the commodore to connect your boat to the dock services. Please note that we can't be responsible for continuity or the quality of the electric and water services and we urge our clients to take the necessary precautions, especially during an electric storm. In Venezuela, water from the tap should be treated before drinking. In case of an emergency outside office hours call our Security Guards who can help you.
Please use shoes and wear a shirt when visiting our offices or the restaurant.
The use of the pool area is strictly limited to those who are registered with the administration and are living aboard the boat in our marina. To prevent problems please don't abuse this rule. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
We would like to remind all our guests that NUDITY in Venezuela is not permitted in public and we have had complaints from the condominium indicating that marina guests are sunbathing topless and showering naked in the pool area.
The showers in the pool area are not intended to be used as a bathroom, for this purpose the marina has two bathroom facilities to which you should have a key.
The Pool showers should be used before entering the pool to remove sun oil or sand, so as not to contaminate the pool water.
We urge to you read the marina regulations. A resume in English of FAQ is included with this welcoming pack. By bringing your boat into the marina you automatically agree to accept the marina regulations. If you so desire, a complete copy is available for you to read in the office.
Leaving Your Boat
If you are going on a trip please leave your boat locked up, advise the commodore and the office and don't forget to disconnect the electrical cable, dock water hose and onboard gas system.
Check out time is 4:00 p.m. Please ask for you account at least half a day in advance, and if you are leaving over the weekend please ask for your bill before Friday mid day.
Thanks for your cooperation, and we trust will enjoy your stay with us.
